Needs to keep up with new software like windows 10. Too expensive and not much different than the cheaper options. what about a discount bundle price for phone, mobile and broadband. Look at the UK market for how the future will look.
Pros
Speed is not bad, lots of extra stuff; antivirus, lightbox, discount tickets etc.
Cons
Expensive compared to the others. Free antivirus doesn't work with windows10. Automatic configuration app doesn't work with windows10. So unless you use yesterday's technology useless free stuff.

This was a new connection but we have had at our other premises. We decided not to use them for this new connection
Pros
The connection was reliable
Cons
You could never get them to answer the phone if we needed to talk to them. They always had to ring back (which they did) but by then you had given up what you were wanting to do

It's really not bad when it works.
Sadly, you can never count upon when that's going to be, nor how long it will work for.
A week or two after the tech comes out, or you spend 2 hours on the phone with support to arrange things seems miraculous.
Pros
You can have them call you without listening to the hold music.

When it works, it's at least average.
Cons
Disconnects. Horrible lag, and terrible latency. Buffer/load times, with random stoppages on Netflix or light box.
