No contracts. Not prepaid. 100% nz owned and operated. Weekly billing via your choice ie bank transfer. Direct debit. Etc. Quick activation.

Great pricing. Great communication. 100% kept upto date. Ordered this morning activated 1pm today. Simple weekly billing options. I have been with 2degrees over a decade on fibre and mobile and they have always come to the party and have delivered excellent service. So really cannot fault them.

Absolutely terrible experience. We've been without internet for over 36 hours, and Skinny has shown no urgency or accountability. Support is disorganised, slow to respond, and clearly not equipped to resolve issues efficiently.

We recently upgraded to Fibre 500, and honestly, it’s no better than the Fibre 300 we had before. If anything, it's been more unstable. We’d be switching providers immediately if we weren’t locked into a 12-month contract — really gutted we made the change.

If you want a reliable connection, turn around now. Skinny has failed to deliver even the basics: consistent, stable internet. No meaningful updates, no resolution, no compensation — just endless waiting and excuses.

Save yourself the frustration. Look elsewhere.

In all my years, I'm not sure I have ever experienced a company as terrible as Skinny. Their service is abysmal. Their software is abysmal. Their wireless service is abysmal (we received a 2nd hand modem which was missing a code making it unusable). Cancelling is abysmal as they refuse to refund or transfer 4 weeks of pre-payment. Avoid at all costs!

No support. Sent the modem to a random address. Could never connect to the internet, kicked me off the live chat and sent me an email repeating instruction that had already failed to help.
