Months of not getting consultant service. Hours of contact with staff (fragmented support). At times disrespectful. Culminated in leaving company to go alternate supplier...no issues since changed.
To add insult, now charging me dissconnection fees.
Company had NO interest in trying to solve my problem once basic solutions had not helped.

Got 2000 hyperfibre and during peak times I'm lucky to get 100mbps download one stage I was getting 9mbps they keep saying it has been fixed but never was. Speeds just go worse
Customer service staff have been good but they just do what they are told

Geek-focused ISP that gets out of your way if you know what you’re doing! Lots of features that aren’t offered (easily) at other ISPs, so long as you’re okay with none of the hand-holding with setting up your own stuff.

Had some early reliability issues but those lay with Chorus and their ONT, would have happened with any other ISP and totally not Quic’s fault. They got onto the issue fast, asked all the right questions upfront with none of the usual back and forth, and got a Chorus tech out super quick to resolve it. Amazing team, 10/10 ...read more

Really poor service. Was with One NZ for 4G wireless and it worked good. Changed to slingshot for a promo and it has been terrible. Bad customer service. After multiple complaints and troubleshooting went to exit and they will not budge on the termination fees.

Great support from both customer service and technical support, I did get support from the team even in afterhours which was incredible. Definitely value for money.
