Tried to upgrade to fibre 100. 2 months later, being billed for fibre 100 and yet to receive this service. Hopeless technical support.

See CONS - rip off
Pros
Easy quick setup
Cons
VERY ANNOYED - Beware anyone who 'upgrades' to 4G network on Sparks recommendation. Internet crud since installed, alarm system compromised and extremely expensive technician and parts updates required to work since - which Spark failed to advise and now fail to take ownership for. Any other company would try to find a resolution and try to keep thier customer. ...read more

Worst internet company I've ever been with. Took them weeks to install Fibre after we had bought it, and then they delivered us an ADSL/VDSL modem, when we were paying for a Fibre plan. The Fibre modem we DID get was cheaply-made and had a relatively slow connection for Fibre. Now it has broken and will take over a week for a new one to be delivered.
Pros
- They give you 20GB of "emergency data" when your modem f**ks up. (Which is apparently very common for Spark users.)
- I am really trying to think of another pro but can't.
Cons
- They'll probably try to scam you. Don't buy a year-long plan and make sure your modem has fibre capabilities.
- Really poor customer service.
- Slow internet for the type you choose (ADSL, VDSL, Fibre etc.)
- Weak, unreliable modems. (Will break on its own, without any rough-handling.)
- Barely any wifi reach.
- Internet always cuts out randomly.
