We are not IT savvy and don't run into too many problems. We do think we pay way too much per month

Do not recommend. Have has Spark Wireless Broadband for well over a year. Was not any faster than copper (altho this was it's selling point). The landline continually cut out during conversations so we got rid of that thinking it might help. It didn't. Other people have also complained of this happening. Spark seemed unable to help with that problem. There is a limit of 120 GB per month and at $10 for 10GB for extra it is very expensive. Had enough and am looking at going back to copper
Pros
Does not need a wire to the house
Cons
Useless. Do not recommend. I do not understand why Spark keep on pushing Wireless Broadband so heavily

Spark provided shocking customer service - very hard to get through to resolve connection issue and stung with fee for diagnosis report but had to make numerous attempts to get verbal understanding of report. Very poor service and exorbitant cost.

Constant issues with months without internet costing huge amounts of money for data on mobile
ALWAYS claiming issues are inside the house and always finding it to be outside after techie comes after weeks of efforts on my side
Pros
Easy to fall into the habit if Trustpower is your provider
Cons
Expensive
Easy to use way too much extra data as limitless data never works two days running
Hidden costs galore pushing accounts sky high
