Cons

Absolute WASTE OF TIME. Had no internet connection for more then a month (and still waiting) because chorus had hooked up the wrong house and spark couldnt figure out why it says this address had internet at their end but we had nothing at ours. Their ineptitude cost me $1000 in lost earnings for time off for installation and the pain of not having internet for a month which hindered both me and my partners income immensly.
Pros
None
Cons
Entire experience with spark broadband

Customer support never followed through with a replacement router after determining that I needed a new one and tried to say I had to pay for it which would cost me $200?! After checking with the manager, it was confirmed that it will be free of charge and that it will be dispatched to me the following day. Old Router worked the following day surprisingly and I never received the new router or a phone call. Hopeless service!
Pros
Allows automatic payment which is my preference

Bills are sent to my emails monthly
Cons
Customer support - ZERO

Router loses connection more frequently

While the plan I was in was good value for money when I signed up to it initially - it is currently unjustifiably expensive, especially considering the fact that I have an unresolved random issue of service disconnections
Pros
Fast fibre access when working
Cons
Had to chase down credit that was not applied properly to my account initially
Had to spend many hours with technical support to try and resolve multiple issues, 2 of them have not been resolved despite their technical experts' attempts, but I just gave up. ...read more
