Have had mobile and HFC with Vodafone/One for many years. Every time I run comparisons they remain the best value, and the service is very reliable.

Pros

Cheapest, reliable, HFC is high speed and cheaper than Fibre, mobile network is reliable

Cons

Cheapest is still more than I'd like to pay ideally, and call centre is overseas.

Broadband these days is more about the technical support service when things aren't going quite the way they should. And given the complexity associated with Broadband and how we use it in our homes that will inevitably happen.
NOW excells at providing technical support so when things go wrong I am always left very happy that my issues were dealt with and the experience pleasurable.

Billing is an absolute nightmare. Took three months and four calls to get the price that I was promised. When I left I called to ask the best date to cancel as I wasn’t in a hurry. Took their advice and got charged for 27 additional days because it didn’t align with my billing cycle.

We've had a positive experience with NOW from start to finish. The driver for us was the need to upgrade our phone system to a cloud based system, and with this we switched to Now Business Fibre. We have had excellent service and support throughout the whole process. Every person we have dealt with at NOW has provided excellent service.

very hard to access facebook at times, no issue the moment i swap to mobile data so its the isp not FB , my 300 100 was 100/60 at 5pm today prompting me to look about and leave a review for others
