Terrible time getting fibre hooked up,
to expensive.

can't think of any.
Cons
Very slow for fibre, waste of time talking to support, they interested in what you say and tend to fob you off.
will be off as soon as put of contract.

Overall excellent service received from NOWNZ. Internet does cease to operate occasionally, requiring a reset (always starts functioning again after this).

Customet Service, Always able to get through to someone whem needed.

I 'acquired' Voyager when the company bought out Actrix (which has provided me with years of faultless service). At the same time I switched to UFB. Both were a disaster. The fibre has never come up to the capacity of my previous VDSL and I have a worse internet connection than pre-fibre. Continuous drop-outs, connection difficulties (unless almost sitting on top of the modem). Voyager have not been able to offer any solutions, or been particularly interested.
