I was after a provider that had copper landline plus broadband and no contract.
Skinny was one of the providers that fitted my criteria and of those that I approached they were the first one to get back to me so I signed up with them.

Damien 9.2

Fantastic. Speedster helped coach us as to avoid ugly plastic conduit on the front of our house by giving us a free in home consultation. They also recommended the right plans for our internet and home phone saving us $25 a month compared to Spark.

Pros

Pre sale advice and info
Local kiwi call center who speak English.
Great funny people to deal with.
Solid lag free internet connection.

I want to change but Spark is obstructive and is trying to charge early exit fees despite conflicting emails that say I can leave without charge - I believe Sparge is deliberately trying to keep me as a customer despite poor service - Is there a broadband/mobile ombudsperson I can approach - thanks 0274797947

Not greatly enthused by their customer service at all. We ended up with a connection we did not want due to their slow response and so bsequent crossing of emails.
