Very poor experience overall. The internet connection was unreliable and kept dropping, while the speed was often much slower than expected. Whenever I had an issue, getting proper support was frustrating and took too long.

Very disappointing experience. The service was nowhere near what was advertised. The connection was unreliable, the speed was inconsistent, and I experienced frequent issues with the internet.
The sign-up process was not as straightforward as expected, and there were also problems with the router and getting everything working properly.

Quick & easy. Good rates. Speed as advertised. Useful web portal you can log into for info/billing etc. On line in days after sign up.

Pros

Easy sign up; Router optional, MESH router they offer is great value. Quick delivery of Router, it worked out of the boxx

One of the worst internet providers I have ever dealt with. The service is unreliable, the internet speed is extremely poor, and customer support is not helpful at all. Very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend signing up with this company.
