Poor customer service. Wifi often didn’t work. They signed up our address for hyperfibre and then it wasn’t available. Then made us pay for a rental router because ours wasn’t compatible, even though we had previously discussed which router we had. Router return was at our own cost with threat to charge $500 if not returned.

I am very satisfied with the speed I get. They even provide support in the weekends even if it is out of operating hours which was great (just need to email or leave a voicemail). Happy customer!

These people scam you. you pay for hyper and get normal internet speed for 11months and then no internet over the weekend as their not open and can’t contact them then ya get a fault in ya router and funny you get full internet speed, their customer service is disgusting they need to sort it out if they want customers in the future or they will go under
